About Don Joseph, Builder

Building Lake County with Honest Pricing and Master Detail Since 1989

For over 35 years, Don Joseph, Builder has been a cornerstone of quality construction throughout Clear Lake and the surrounding Lake County communities. As a family-owned and operated business run by Don alongside his wife and brother, we bring deep local roots, personal accountability, and unmatched industry knowledge to every job site.

For Don, construction isn’t just a career—it’s a lifelong vocation that began right after high school. That decades-long foundation is paired with a genuine passion for fine woodworking. When he isn't on a job site, Don spends his time crafting custom furniture, bespoke cabinetry, and handcrafted guitars. This artisan background directly shapes our approach to construction: whether we are building a custom home from the ground up or executing a complex commercial build-out, we bring meticulous precision, structural integrity, and fine detail to every phase of the project.
